Supermac's Shannon

We love Supermacs Shannon. Every time we fly back into Shannon it's our first stop before driving home. Why are the chips soooo much nicer here than in all the other Supermacs we've tried. Not just the chips, the snackbox chicken and the nuggets are also fab.
It's spotlessly clean and the staff are always so polite and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit already. 😎😎

Ordered a delivery on May 2nd and it took 70 mins. I called after 45 mins to see what the delay was and was told they had only one driver and he had a lot of orders. I raised a concern that it would be cold if the solution was to overload their one driver but that fell on deaf ears.

When it arrived sure enough the fish ( the new style- which is my favourite) was cold and tasted uncooked. No tartar sauce or napkins were provided. Taco chips had congealed and were just inedible rubber and the coke ice was completed melted/ diluted. The whole lot went straight in bin.

I rang back after the food arrived and was just told that the manager would be informed but heard nothing after that. Very surprised at this level of customer service, as this was my first time experiencing such and I am a big fan of Supermacs because of the quality produce normally delivered.

If the food is expected to take longer for what ever reason, if this is communicated up front, people would understand. Don’t use it as an excuse for delivering below your usual standards. So, so disappointed.

Afterwards: Thanks Robbie for your comment below but I had to order from Big Bites instead. Food came fresh and within 20 mins.

If it has to be fast food, Super macs is the best. Certainly the best fast food one can get. We had chicken snack box and fish and chips. All very juicy and tasty. The fish and chips came with a lovely salad, all served on a proper plate with proper cutlery.
